OLADUNNI OLAYANJU – GROUP CEO
Oladunni Olayanju is an astute businessman of repute who has set up and managed various companies successfully to date. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Law. He is a director in many companies both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. His first company, AGRISPECS was an Agro-consult company that organized seminars and workshops for the agricultural industry, the biggest being a ‘National workshop on participation of community banks in Agriculture: A role in the economic development of Nigeria’ in 1996 in collaboration with the defunct National Board of Community banks and AGRIFINDER a consultancy company promoted by senior lecturers of the faculty of Agriculture at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
His employment career started with Aribisala Properties Ltd a top real estate company in the 90’s where he was an Estate officer, this turned to be his only employment to date.
He set up Property Scope Ltd in 1998. The company has been a formidable player in the industry by being involved in Property Development, Estate Agency and lately, the promotion of POSH APARTMENTS a chain of compact luxury Apartment-Hotel. He established a cleaning company in 2003, TRI-NYTEE KLININING SERVICES, which started small by providing professional services to medium corporate offices at a discount. It later grew to a big organization that served a lot of blue chip companies, like TANTALIZERS, Golden Gate RESTAURANT, YELLOW CHILLI RESTAURANT, MILLENIUM INN HOTEL, PLANET 44, DOUBLE 4, FIRST BANK, and a host of others.
In 2005, his communications company in the UK, WALTZ COMMUNICATIONS UK LTD, partnered with the major telecoms companies in Nigeria via Interconnect Nigeria Ltd to deploy the first IVR quiz system in Nigeria.
He established HOUSE OF EZER LTD (HOE) in 2009, a leading trading company in Nigeria. House of Ezer traded in innovative products. The operation spanned 4 countries, Nigeria, Ghana, China, and UK. HOE was known to be the first company to introduce a lot of innovative products to the Nigerian market. HOE was also a leading strategic partner to KONGA, DEAL DEY, JUMIA, VCONNECT, RYTEDEALS, and SME HUB where you found their numerous products which were exclusively branded ‘EZER’
He established AGRICON FACILITATORS in 2012, a similar company to Agrispecs, which also engaged in poultry farming that produced table eggs for individual and corporate consumers and to date supplies IBIS HOTELS, Toyin Street, Ikeja.
By running these various companies at the highest level, he has garnered a lot of cognate and invaluable experience that are crucial to any company and this wealth of experience would be an asset for any company’s management. He attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife – B.Agric (Hons) and the Open University, London – LLB (Hons)
OLAYEMI OLADIRAN – DIRECTOR

As the Chief Operating Officer of Alpha Orion Nigeria Ltd, Olayemi has spearheaded operational improvements, boosting productivity by 20% and increasing annual revenue by 30%. Prior to this, he held key leadership roles at Sanofi Aventis, where he drove a 25% revenue CAGR over four years, strengthened distributor relationships, and enhanced supply chain efficiency. His ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute strategic initiatives has made him a highly sought-after business leader.
Olayemi holds an MBA in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Ibadan. He has also earned certifications in Leadership, Corporate Finance, Data Analysis, and Project Management from top global institutions. OLUTOMI OSIBANJO – DIRECTOR
Olutomi Osibanjo is a seasoned finance and treasury expert with over 30 years of experience managing complex financial portfolios across FTSE 250 corporations and the public sector. With a strong background in treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, financial risk management, and regulatory compliance, he has overseen portfolios reaching up to £20 billion in annual cash management.
Throughout his career, Olutomi has played a pivotal role in optimizing financial systems, enhancing liquidity management, and implementing strategic treasury policies. He has successfully led finance teams across diverse industries, including retail, logistics, FMCG, and corporate finance, and has collaborated extensively with banks, private equity investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
Olutomi holds Fellowship of the ACCA (FCCA), ICAN (Nigeria), and an MBA in Finance, reinforcing his strategic financial leadership. His ability to optimize financial structures, reduce operational costs, and drive business growth makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
OMOLE ODUNAYO OLAITAN – DIRECTOR
Omole Odunayo Olaitan is a strategic business leader with over 25 years of experience spanning business development, sales, logistics, operations management, and corporate leadership. As the Managing Director/CEO of Chapelwood Projects Limited, he has successfully driven business growth, expansion, and strategic planning, positioning the company as a key player in its industry.
His extensive career includes leadership roles in telecommunications, logistics, procurement, financial services, and corporate management, where he has led multimillion-dollar projects, optimized supply chain operations, and developed innovative market strategies. With expertise in client relationship management, operations oversight, and business process improvement, Omole has been instrumental in scaling businesses, negotiating high-value contracts, and enhancing corporate profitability.
Omole holds an MBA in Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Calabar. He is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM). MAKANJUOLA OLUWASEGUN OLATUNDE – DIRECTOR
A seasoned hospitality and customer service professional with over 20 years of experience, Tunde Makanjuola has built a distinguished career in hotel management, guest relations, and business development. With expertise spanning executive leadership, operations management, and customer experience enhancement, he has consistently driven revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction in renowned hospitality brands.
Tunde has held key leadership roles such as Rooms Division Manager at The Wheatbaker Hotel, Assistant General Manager at Best Western, and Director of Sales & Marketing, where he implemented strategic business development initiatives, streamlined operational processes, and elevated service quality to international standards.
Armed with an MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University, Tunde is a visionary leader committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences while fostering growth and sustainability in the industry.
